For Organizations
We offer a complimentary 30-minute scoping call to assess your project together. From there, we’ll provide an estimate based on an hourly rate and, if helpful, an optional milestone-based project proposal.
Pre-Set Offerings:
1) Strategy Sprints range from $3,500–$5,000 depending on business complexity and size of organization.
2) Operational Maturity Assessment is a set price of $1500 which includes stakeholder interviews, assessment of 14 key areas, and identification of largest bottleneck with proposal to solve.
About The Founder
Priya Achaibar founded Golden Thread Consulting after a decade leading strategy and operations across healthcare AI, product development, and corporate transformation. She began her career at GE, rising to a director-level role within six years, before moving into the startup world with Qventus. Alongside her corporate work, Priya stayed rooted in social impact—from supporting nonprofits through the GE Foundation and leading civic engagement on the Duke Boston Alumni Board, where she earned the Forever Duke Award in 2023.
After three years scaling a startup, she took a pause to reflect: what if the same strategic rigor could be applied to mission-driven organizations and individuals seeking clarity? Golden Thread Consulting was born from that vision.
